Difficulties in causing the vga to count from 0 to 799

Hi to everyone. I am also trying to implement something like that but using schematic. The Point is that i also want to make a 12 bit Counter which consists of 3 4*bit Counters and unfortunately it also does not work correctly. The calculation is the following : 4095-1-752(steps)=3342=110100001110. Here is the circuit i have but when i simulate it the results are at least tragic....
