Difficulties in causing the vga to count from 0 to 799

Hi guys, can someone help me figure out why this code does not function properly. counter_int_v and counter_int_h is what i want to get counting in modelsim but i am not able to figure out the...

I simulated your code in modelsim starter edition and your counters work correctly. So it could be your setup is not right.
