Device Archive File (*.qda) problem during 10.1 installation in Linux

Hi All,

I am getting the following error while installing 10.1 on Linux. I used the command line method i.e. using setup command and some options to install quartus alone.

Quartus II tool, as such, has got installed properly. After that, the device related installations started and it failed with the following error.

Please help.
