I would avoid opening a new project using the board template. Those device part name is likely outdated years ago.

Just create a new project with your FPGA device selected.


FYI, Quartus Lite/Standard is in maintenance mode, meaning there will be no future support or feature enhancements. Issues will only be addressed if there is a critical error with no available workaround.
