As of Quartus Prime Lite/Standard edition version 23.1, the software is supported in Windows 11 - Version 22H2 (build 22621.1105) or later.

For detailed information about supported operating systems, please refer to the "Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Version 23.1 readme.txt" file.
