Cyclone IV EP4CE40 incorrect pin-outs

Pin-out from web-site doesn't match with fitter and pin planner.

Are anyone can help?

    can you list the discrepancies?

    i think in general the software should be trusted to be correct

    For Example

    Pin F14 - DQS in pinout file, IO in fitter

    Pin Planner shows this pin as IO(positive), but popup says that this is DQS
