Cyclone III PLL generation with Quartus II

Hi guys,

I'm working on a Cyclone III EP3C25U256I7 project. The Quartus version we are using is 64-Bit for Windows, 13.1.0 build 162 10/13/2013 SJ Full Version.

When I open the MegaWizard to try and generate a PLL, the Altera PLL v13.1 is grayed. On the other hand, according to the list of Altera IPs - http://www.altera.com/products/ip/ip-index.jsp, ALTPLL is supported for the Cyclone III device family.

Any ideas why I can't generate the PLL?
