Cyclone III On-Chip Termination

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a tutorial or instructions on how to enable the on-chip termination for the Cyclone III? On the Altera website, they mention that it can be done via assignment...

Usually, selection of OCT with calibration for at least one I/O would reserve RUP and RDN pins.
