cyclone 3 starter kit switch mode

Hello Everyone,

I hope im not doubleposting anything here but my searches came up empty....

I recently installed the newest version of the quatrus web development kit (V11.1)

I am trying to use the GPIO connector on the HMB2 pcb of my cyclone 3 starter kit. I have encountered a problem here. I think my board is in mode 0 while i need it to be in mode 1.

i have found the wiki page connecting to this:

it states you need to use the HMB2_CONFIG.exe program to change the mode of the kit. However i cannot find this program anywhere.

Could anyone tell me how i change this mode? (or maybe somewhere i can get the program the wiki tells me to use)
