Cyclone 10 LP boot up issue for WINBOND flash W25Q128JVSIM TR

Generating the jic file for device cyclone10LP (10CL055YF484I7G) and WINBOND flash W25Q128JVSIM TR.
The custom option for winbond flash is available in Quartus Prime 24.1 std version. The jic is generated with the given configuration settings. The device is programmed with the same jic.
After the restart, the device is not booting up.
Is there any issue with the winbond configuration settings or anything else?
The same .sof is used for generating the .jic file for the flash MT25QL128ABA1ESE is working fine.

    Hello,


    MT25QL128 is officially supported and known to work with Altera devices. While W25Q128JVSIM TR may not fully compatible with Cyclone10LP bootloader.


    Try to re-generate the .jic file with conservative SPI settings. eg. lower clock, standard SPI instead of QSPI mode etc.

    Check the boot address, sector size, and timing parameters for W25Q128JVSIM to work.

    Please check the supply voltage and timing margins are matching with flash requirement.
