Cyclone 10 GX Early Power Estimator Download

When I try to download the EPE for the Cyclone 10 GX I get the following message from AVG;

    Can you provide more details on this?

    Is it making the EPE tool cannot be opened?

    Any other error that you got when you opened the tool?
