Current license doesn't support the EPM7160STI100-10 Device (CPLD)

Hello,

As you see in the title & in the screenshot attached, when I try to compile the vhdl code of my project, I receive this error about the license, although I've generated the license 2 days ago.

Someone can give me a solution please ? Do I need to get a payed license in order to be able to compile my project ?

    You don't need a license for that, very old, device. What version of Quartus are you using?

    I'm usng Quartus II 5.0 SP1 web edition, I can't use any other version except this one cause the code was developed using this version & I need to regenerate the .pof file in the same conditions.

    If I don't need a license what do you think I can do ?

    Good - I appreciate the need for the old software. What operating system are you running on? One supported by Q5.0 I hope...
