Current license doesn't support the EPM7160STI100-10 Device (CPLD)

Hello, As you see in the title & in the screenshot attached, when I try to compile the vhdl code of my project, I receive this error about the license, although I've generated the license 2 day...

I'm usng Quartus II 5.0 SP1 web edition, I can't use any other version except this one cause the code was developed using this version & I need to regenerate the .pof file in the same conditions.

If I don't need a license what do you think I can do ?
