Create TAN like report panels in TimeQuest

Question

Some folks might like to create report panels in TimeQuest that look like the ones you would get from the classic TAN engine. Attached is a script that seems to do an OK job at that.

TAN is the Classic Timing ANalyzer in the Quartus II software.
