16 years agoHi Kevin
My problem here was I really couldn't be bothered going and downloading the entire 7.2 package and trying to extract / install the older version to get the drivers from it. If someone would zip up a 7.2 drivers folder and post it that would be great. I found a standalone programming package for the v9 stuff, but couldn't find a legacy version of it.. This is something that people will want to use the latest version to work. Altera / FTDI should either resign the latest driver version.. OR.. include that version of the driver in the latest release, as again in Quartus 9 the driver is not signed correctly. There appears to be a signature in the file from FTDI but it is not valid for vista64.. Maybe they did what I did for internal testing and then forgot to / couldn't be bothered resigning it correctly for release, companies used to be able to self sign but not anymore... oops.. I vaguely remember having issues with the older 7.2 version for one of our usbblstr revisions but they have been something else...
