Conf_done pin failed to go high in device 1

Hello everybody, I am using a Nios II Cyclone III Eval Kit connected to Quartus II by USB Blaster. The problem is that everytime I write a program and compile it, it takes several times to send...

Problem solved, seems to be an error in the old USB-Blaster. Now I am using the on-board circuitry and everything works fine.
