Compilation times gains

Does anyone have some benchmarking numbers of the gains in compilation times based on the following PC upgrades in %. It will be helpful if at least I know which upgrade make the most difference. ...

Project on a network share vs local drive

Core I7 vs EXXXX Duo WIN 7 64 or XP

I think those two are the most important ones.
