I have a DE0-Nano-SoC with Cyclone V 5CSEMA4U23C6N and a external-clock to 50Mhz. I would like a clock to 1Ghz with Altera PLL, is it possible ? Today, I have a clock to 800Mhz with PLL Altera but I can't exceed 800Mhz ! Thank you very much. PS : Sorry for my English, I am French.

Not possible,As per PLL specification. General PLL does not support 1GHz. For transceiver PLL ie F-PLL, CMU-PLL & ATX-PLL which supports higher frequency in most of the latest device family.
