Can't view online free traning lessons about FPGA

Hi,

I faced one question that I want to view online free training lesson about FPGA. When I open some one lesson, it lets me to register, but I have one accout, and I open the registration link, It's same with the page that I register my Intel accout, I don't know what's mean. And I want to know how can I view online free lessons.
