I'm still finding this is a massive problem. I tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge, private browsing, Windows/Linux, clearing cache and cookies, and nothing worked. Using the above method also didn't work. Logging in before going to the download page didn't help either.
This really needs fixing. It's infuriating it doesn't work!
I resorted to working out the links I needed, based on the links already provided, and a bit of brute force.
Anyone wanting 20.1 Pro can use the following links: (Standard and Lite v20.1 not released at time of posting!)

I managed to work around this by going to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/download-center.html , loggin in there and selecting a download link. This redirected me to fpgasoftware.intel.com while still keeping me logged in.

Admittedly there also were a lot of intermittent failures yesterday - I kept trying over the entire day until I finally succeeded. At some point fpgasoftware.intel.com would not even resolve on DNS, making you wonder whether Intel have published the DNS entry early enough to propagate through the entire DNS.
The specific method I mentioned worked for me on my first attempt. But then of course I didn't try again, so I don't know if that was pure luck. Maybe it also depended somehow on something I've done during the earlier attempts.
Good luck m_taka! (and I presume Intel will have the resources to sort this out rather soonish)

I needed to download some more files, this time on Windows (7) using Internet Explorer. The method described above again worked at the first attempt (while going directly to fpgasoftware.intel.com again did not).
