Can't login after registering at Intel SSLC

I registered for an account with Intel FPGA SSLC but I cannot login to get my license. The intel azure portal says We couldn't find an account with that username. How do I login?

    Problem solved Intel FPGA SSLC accounts cannot accept +alias format in email field.
