Can't install Quatus V10.0 under XP

Hi, I'm having a problem installing Free Web Quartus V10.0 under XP. It appears to install OK but when looking at \quartus\bin there are only 2 files. I've tried this on 3 different PCs and ...

The Altera Installer supports only basic authentication-based proxies. The

Altera Installer does not support NTLM-based proxy servers, which may

cause the download and installation process to fail.

Also, make sure your internet connection speed is ok.
