Can't generate programming files (after upgrade to Quartus 9.1)

Hi All, I've just upgraged from Quatrus 9.0sp2 to 9.1 and I'm now getting this error message: warning: can't generate programming files for project because design file "c:/workspace/tea133...

1 - Delete the "db" directory.

2 - markman may be right. Check the versions on your licenses (YYYY.MO). If they are pre-9.1 time-frame you may not have a license for that IP core in 9.1. You should still be able to find a way to use the 9.0 version of the core in 9.1 if you like.
