Can't find the University Program VWF option

Hello,

I'm new with Quartus and was looking for this option "University Program VWF" under File -> New -> Verification/Debugging files. I only have 3 options there (In-system sources and probes file, Logic analyzer Interface file and SignalTap II Logic Analyzer file). Why don't I have this option to create a .vwf file?

I have the Quartus II 12.1 version (64 bit) build 243 01/31/2013
