can't find the internal oscillator for Max 7000s in Quartus II

I can't find the internal oscillator for Max 7000s in Quartus II. Is that because this CPLD lacks this capability? Thanks

Why do you think that MAX7000 should have an internal oscillator? It isn't stated at any place in the datasheet.
