Can't download quartus prime pro

Its ok were all having trouble with there shambolic download site but it seems they don't actually want any customers!

Sorry for what you had been facing up until today, our INTEL IT developers are still actively working on this fix. I will try to push them to get this fixed as soon as possible.

May I know what specific version that you were trying to download?

As an update: As of this morning I can log in and download the installers. Thank you!

Another weird issue: After installing quartus prime pro, I get a popup asking for a license. I select "Connect to Altera Self-Service Licensing Center" and all it did was open a browser to the www.intel.com home page.

Quartus Prime Pro require license, the page should connect to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/b/self-service-licensing-center.html

Since you do not have the license, you will need to purchase the Quartus license in https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/buy/design-software.html
