Can't download Quartus lite 18.1

I'm trying to download quartus but every time I try to login it says Errors:invalid_response. My account info is correct and I have been approved.

Hi,

This issue fixed by our engineer internally. Please proceed with clearing your browser cache cookies & cache and then reopen your browser for login.

You should be able to download Quartus package after that.
