Cannot update Quartus with Patch

You may start at the default installation path: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683472/21-4/installation-path.html

If that doesn't work, you can follow the below procedure since you are using Windows:

1. Search for the Quartus software at the Start Menu
2. Right-click and select Open File Location. You have found the installation directory.
