Cannot see Option button

Hi Everyone. This is my first post so please forgive me for any mistakes.

I installed Quartus II 13.1 along with the Modelsim yesterday. I am really a noob and have no idea how to use these tool. I am exploring it and will be using a lot in future.

I found a tutorial and was doing my first project. I followed the below instructions and opened a new file.

File> New> and select "University Program VWF" and so on..... Finally i ended opening a "simulation waveform editor". I don't find any "options" in the Simulation tab. I have attached the screenshot of the same. My friend has Quartus II 13.0 version. He has that option.

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong?
