Can not update EDA tool file path in quartus

I am trying to use the EDA simulation tools (modelsim) through Quartus.

However when I try to run the EDA RTL simulation it tells me my file path is incorrect and can not continue.

Then when I try to update the file path of both modelsim and modelsim-altera it lets me choose the .exe file and everything. But the moment I close the options window it goes back to the incorrect path and will not update.

I am using a school computer, is there an issue with not having administration powers on these computers?
