Assignments in Quartus 9.1 Linux beta

The feature list for the linux beta says "Import Assignments dialog box" is unsupported - is this the only way to import assignments? Can I manually copy the csv into my project somewhere?

    you should be able to copy things from the CSV to your project's QSF file where assignments are stored. i haven't taken a look at an exported CSV but it should be pretty easy to figure out by opening a CSV and a QSF in your text editor.
