Arria V PCIe test bench driver files

In http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/cyclone_v_pcie_avalon-mm_multifunction, there is a fairly good example of simulating with a PCIe driver found in

a directory default_files. Is there an equivalent page for Arria V ?

When I generate a testbench etc in QSYS, I get a similar set of test bench files under top/testbench/top_tb/simulation/submodules ... see attached image

Do I need to include these files in the list of files to compile in the correct order in the msim_setup.tcl file ... how to know where to include them in the list ?

I am looking for a starting driver for PCIe to start a simulation with Modelsim for a PCIe endpoint design for Arria V starter kit.
