Hi,
Yes, it is possible, you can use the Native Fixed-Point DSP Intel Arria 10 FGPA IP to configure it.
Resulta = (ay+az)* ax
Resultb = (by+bz)* bx

According to Arria 10 DSP document, resultb is only available in m18×18_full operational mode, and in this mode's section it says the function is:
• resulta = ax * ay
• resultb = bx * byRegards,

You can also refer to section 3.2.2 pre-adder that stated it can configure in 2 independent 18 bits pre-adder. You may explore it from the " Pre-adder" tab in Native Fixed-Point DSP Intel Arria 10 FPGA IP.
