Aocl based SD card creation

I was reading this, https://documentation.altera.com/#/00015360-AA$NT00067112 Where can i get the guide to create this SD card contents?

never seen that doc before, as this is a total separated procedure from the GHRD that you can read from rocket boards. For normal aocl usage, user don;t need to change other content, right?
