Sorry, but I don't have time to dig through and debug this. I think the forum will be helpful only if someone else has been through this and can quickly provide input.

If not, please file an SR. If you can attach the project, or at least the LVDS megafunctions, that might help. If you think it's the PLL, go to the Fitter Report -> PLL Usage Summary and look at how they're set up. If they're different, please add that to the SR.
