altlvds megafunction in QuartusII v10.0

Hi everyone, I'm having troubles with instantiating the altlvds (rx or tx) megafunction in QuartusII v10.0. When I try to add it as a symbol in mijn schematics file I get the standard megawiz...

My computer is already set to English USA, so that workaround is not going to work for me.

Perhaps the results when setting the region to English USA differ between versions of Window. Perhaps one could manually edit the various settings in the region settings to make it work. Right now, I couldn't be bothered enough to try as I am just using the 9.1sp2 wizard whenever I need to change LVDS settings.
