- Hello FvM,first of all thanks for your attention.There is an Altera EPCS1N Eprom next to cyclone 2,do you think, that might be the memory keeping the configuration?Also we dont know,which device and software to use for connection and how to make connections l,can you help on this?

Super ContributorCyclone 2 has no internal configuration memory. Need to determine which memory device holds the configuration and how it can be interfaced with programmer, also if Cyclone 2 is accessible by JTAG. E.g. EPCS serial flash can be read-out through JTAG.
