Alter USB Blaster warning symbol at Device Manager

Dear Sir,

Altera USB Blaster is not detecting in my new laptop. The same Altera USB blaster is working in the other laptop where windows 7 was installed.

New Laptop Details:

OS : Windows 10 version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1415)

I have tried with "Quartus Programmer setup 13.1.0.162" & "quartusProProgrammerSetup-19.1.0.240".

Even tried installing Altera 12.1, 13.1 and 14.1 full quartus package and could not succeed.

Kindly provide the USB blaster driver supporting above windows 10 version.
