After the installation of Intel Quartus Pro 19.2 version, I observe there are two executable's in the bin64 folder (C:\intelquartus\19.2\quartus\bin64) path: quartus.exe and qpro.exe, What is the correct executable to open the Quartus?

If you refer the last link of previous post, it is mentioned that along with Quartus Pro you will get Standard edition licence too.
