1. I created Request No. 05765643, but unable to open this link after creation.
Could you tell me how to solve this error ?
Single Sign-On Error:

2. Since it has already included in "Renewals Applied" category, as the rest of our work on "Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center", is it OK to just download the license file ?
If so, I download the license file and I will reload it on our license server.
