About how to download a license file of Questa Intel FPGA Edition

Welcome to INTEL forum. Per my understanding, the Questa license is bundle together with SW-ONE-QUARTUS that you purchase. No need to generate extra Questa license.

Is it not necessary to set up a license for Questa as long as I have the Quartus license set up?

(Or do I use the Quartus license file to set up for Questa license?)

Apologize for delay as I’m out of office recently. Yes, it’s not necessary to set up a license for Questa if you have Quartus license setup.
