6 years agoHey Intel not everyone (especially hobbyists and students) want to, or are able to, use your latest new fangled FPGAs.
FYI TerASIC still actively sells this board: https://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?Language=English&CategoryNo=53&No=83
and there are probably THOUSANDS or more of them out there that are being actively used every day. Especially in universities.
A great vehicle for learning how to use an FPGA and development tools.
So think a bit more about your customer base and not so much about pushing the latest greatest new technology.
