a strange question with pin planner,help me !

Hello,everybody.

I have a strange question as below:

It is quartusII 9.0 for windows os.When I open the pin planner,it has no other title except the "Node Name".I don't know what I did to it ,but how to repair it.

    Have you tried re-installing your Quartus installation? I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of Quartus Web Edition v10.00 (just released), or al prev version 9.2.

    Make sure that you have created a new project correctly choosing the correct logic device and configuration, if you are trying to make assignments, make sure you have imported the appropriate pin assignments or defined them yourself.

    hi I have the exactly same problem with Quartus II 9.0. I have tried to completely delete the program and reinstall it, but still the same after I reinstall it. The same project file works with newer version like Quartus 11 ,Quartus 12, but I have to use Quartus 9 for schoolwork.
