210009 device agib027r29a1e2vr3 is not support

I have a question about the quartus prime programming tool. When I try to upload the .sof file from Agilex, it does not open the file. Also, when I press auto-detect, it does not recognize the agilex device.

I have tried the following:

- Tried 2 different versions: 21.1, 22.2.

- I have restarted the computer, but no help.
