209012 Error When Programming .pof

Hi

I am using a USB Blaster to program MAX10 with the .pof (see attached).

Which I am getting a

209012 Operation failed

and fails at 4% of progress

with no background on the root cause of it.

The cables are secured

Correct device is selected

    Is that a custom board with MAX 10 or our MAX 10 development kit? Also, can you try to program by ticking all the "Program/Configure" option?
