Honored ContributorI got a working Yocto Jethro for the Arria 10 SoC using this guide:
http://rocketboards.org/foswiki/view/documentation/yoctodorabuildwithmetaaltera (despite that the url says dora...) Note the use of the kraj version of meta-altera.git.
