Why can't I see it in Quartus II?

New to the Altera tools but I have taken the time to go through the On-line classes. The "Using SOPC Builder" class takes you through a demo of setting up a basic NiosII SOPC project. Did this, generates fine, but the generated files do not appear in the Quartus II project files. Actually no files were added in the Quartus project. What gives?
