Which is the best way to download a product firmware at production line?

Hi everyone,

I would like to know a good way to download the firmware of a Cyclone IV family ALTERA FPGA into a production line.

Till now I have used the Quartus Prime Software to download the firmware to the device. Is there another software composed only by the programming interface or the only option is to use the complete design software?
