Which DDR2 is which?

I've inherited a Stratix V project with little documentation. I find a Stratix V with *two* different sets of DDR2. One is described in the schematic as "dualbyte", consists of two 8-bit-wide chips, ...

Aida, thanks for helping. By "documents" to share, I believe you are referring to the board schematics. Unfortunately I can't share this company proprietary info.

Is it possible for you to shed some light without the schematic? Please note that I did point out which banks drive the memory. And as DDR2, the type of connections are standard: Address, Data, Bank, DQS, etc.
