Where does the "Includes" path come from in my project?

Where does this include path come from? See image. I find this path listed in two places in my project (called BareMetalBoot-GNU): In the workspace folder, then .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse...

My code does not include that file anywhere, if that's what you are asking. I don't know what you mean by 'both'.
